seized
A person is "seized" within Fourth Amendment when police officer restrains person's freedom to walk away. State v. Ochoa, 112 Ariz. 582, 544 P.2d 1097, 1099.
It exists when reasonable person would feel that he was not free to leave. U.S. v. Albert, C.A.N.C., 816 F.2d 958, 960.
